Two-Part Epoxy Fiberglass Repair Kit
The Patch Kit is a special two part epoxy fiberglass kit especially
designed for flat surfaces, such as tanks containers, pans, drums, and even pipes or
hoses. This special patch is easy to use...no measuring, no mess, and no external
clean-up. Just blend the components together in the package and apply to any clean
surface. Applied correctly it will cure in approximately 20 minutes even
on wet surfaces.

Do Not Open Pouch Before Mixing.
Remove all pressure from the hose or pipe. Thoroughly clean and sand the area to be repaired. Put on the protective gloves supplied with this kit. Then roll pouch to force liquid the center burst seal. Squeeze and apply pressure to burst through seal.
Thoroughly mix the two parts together by hand or by sliding the package back and forth over a 90 degree surface for two minutes being sure the color is uniform. Cut open the package and remove the patch.
Apply the cloth extending 2" beyond the damaged area in each direction. Work out any bubbles. Excess resin may be applied over cloth. Pressure should applied to repairs on damp surfaces. Repair will set in 20 minutes or less at 70 degrees F (cold will extend setting time).
Note: If desired you may sand and paint it. Applied correctly the repair will withstand 150 PSI and 325 degrees F.
